Read a few book on Paleo and find this one really simple to digest. For the beginner I thought it provide a clear definition of what a Paleo approach is. It also emphasise that it is never easy to change one diet thus provided us tips, simple and easy recipes to follow. Indeed we cannot change immediately thus setting achievable target, able to cheat a little and rewarding ourself are great lovely strategies. The pics which looks appetitizing surely provide some push.
The recipes are quite easy to follow and I like the Choco Banana Bread, is easy to make and tastes good! Healthy and Delicious.
Very well written. Great recipes like Tilapia Tacos and Canadian Asparagus.

Good to know that you do not have to starve or feel dissatisfied for going on a paleo diet. There are a variety of food in a meal that can provide sufficient nutritions for what you need. Best part is, the recipes mentioned are quite simple to make!
I have learned quite a lot about Paleo approach. I did not know that Paleo approach has these benefit. Going to take my time to try this approach. I have tried crispy coconut chicken and it was delicious. Will try other dishes when I have the time.
